Making the November Colorfull

Let's see what I've been doing the last days...

I have a new crochet book with lots of flower and leaf pattern, so I've made a few of them.
I really like doing it, decided to make even more. Some would be also perfect for the Christmas decoration.

Finally, I had the time and the right colors for it: a winter hat for Kelvin.

I also made a quiet corner in the room; with a vase from the Action and my favorite drawing.
The storm of two weeks ago helped me finding the right branches:

And who said that you can not crochet on a leaf?

And again the granny squares, but now as a picture for the wall:

And finally doing some abstract painting, because it's fun:

From the Kringloop

I need to show this one too! I found this picture in the second hand shop /kringloop/ for just one Euro. It´s standing now on our mirror and we like it so much! I think this could be called a cheap pleasure...

A chapter for shawls

I love shawls, I have so many and I have crocheted so many, but it´s never enough...

Three times the same pattern with different colours:

Already wearing this one, this is the final form of the shawl already  posted before:

I made this last year and wore it the whole winter:

This royal blue one got ready last week, I haven´t yet worn it, but I like this kind of blue and yellow together:

Autumn shawl 2.

It will be a day with more than one posting, but I really can't wait to put here this beauty:

It's made from about 40 small square, so it wasn't my favorite part to sew them together ( I hate sewing so much), but once that done, the result is stunning.

Warm slippers

Oh-oh, it has been a while since I last posted something here. I have been busy with school, but now, I have a whole week freeeeee!! Autumn vacation will be used for making creative thingies and posting them,
so, let's get started!

Let's begin with my new winter slippers. Crocheted with chunky wool, white and purple (the sole is purple, just not really visible on the picture), washed them on 90°C, still got them only kind of felted.
As finishing touch, I made the two crocheted heads: Pippi and Omar:)
